Be held for a day retreat with Jenny & Prema in a loving safe container to deepen in connection with yourself, womb, baby and fellow sisters.

Day Retreat includes a weaving of gentle self inquiry, tools for exploring pregnancy, birth & how to cultivate a nourishing, connected postpartum. Weaving together the potent practices of movement, sound & bodywork.

The Maga and Maiden come together in service devoted to the Mother.

Jenny is a mother and a midwife working with women and families wishing to birth at home. Jenny sees midwifery as a craft that requires still hands and a full heart. She combines traditional practices with contemporary midwifery, she has a deep reverence for birth, women and wombs. 

Prema is a weaver of bodywork, doula care and mantra music. Influenced and inspired by traditional medicine and practices from Yoga, Ayurveda, Taoism, Latin America and the somatic therapy of Craniosacral. She serves her community with a deep love and dedication to supporting families, particularly within the birth continiuum.

For the past year Jenny & Prema have offered Traditional Postpartum Closing Ceremonies and have found a beautiful resonance in sharing this potent practice together. This Pregnancy Day Retreat idea was sparked from their shared love of supporting birthing women to take responsibility of their birth, to be empowered in their experience and to foster these simple and effective tools to meet this unfolding journey. Hosted on Bundjalung Country in a beautiful wooden Temple Space ~ Ohana Sanctuary in Wilsons creek ~ just tens minutes from Mullumbimby town.

Tea & snacks provided with a collaborative potluck lunch ~ please bring a vegetarian plate to share.
